The team were very keen and helpful when I needed to get some vouchers for our sons birthday. The vouchers arrived swiftly and were very presentable for the day. The only hiccup was that the vouchers only had until October 23 and he was away with work a lot before expiry date. However the lady (sorry, forgot your name) said it wouldn't be a problem to accommodate the vouchers at another time. Brilliant customer service, thank you Offaxis.
Not really negative but if you are thinking of getting surfing vouchers get them early in the season.
